ZynlePay is a payment gateway that is used to both send and receive electronic payments by organizations and individuals. The service allows for receipting and sending of payment from suppliers and clients respectively, using a credit or debit card.

To receive payments through your website or ZynlePay portal, an organization or individual needs to register for a business account with ZynlePay.

Individuals that have a personal account and wish to receive money can upgrade their account to a merchant or business account.

To register for business account, organizations or individuals need to have a register company or business name or society with relevant authorities in the country of business.

Below is the procedure on how to open a business account.

Manual Application
  • Walk-in to any ZynlePay outlet
  • Collect application form
  • Complete the application form and attach relevant documentation
  • ZynlePay will process your application within 24 hrs and client will be notified by email and phone once account is created

Organizations that receive funds via ZynlePay will have to provide their bank account where the money will be transfered.
